RETURNS & REFUNDS
Standard operating procedures for hardware returns, exchanges, and financial reversals.
Inspection Protocol (7 Days)
We provide a 7-Day Inspection Window starting from the date of delivery. If you detect a technical anomaly or defect, you must initiate a return request within this timeframe.
Requests received after 7 days will be classified as a "Warranty Claim" (if applicable) rather than a return.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, the hardware must meet strict "Resale Integrity" standards:
- Unused Condition: The device must be in its original state.
- Seals Intact: Original packaging and holographic seals must be unbroken.
- Components: All cables, manuals, and accessories must be present.
Non-Returnable Assets
Due to clinical hygiene protocols, the following categories are strictly non-returnable once opened:
- Sensors & Electrodes: Sleep study sensors, EEG electrodes, and adhesive patches.
- Respiratory Gear: Cannulas, masks, and tubing.
- Consumables: Pastes, gels, and single-use accessories.
Exception: If these items arrive damaged or defective, they will be replaced immediately.
Financial Reversal (Refunds)
Once your return reaches our New Delhi HQ and passes the "Quality Control (QC) Scan," we will initiate the refund.
Logistics Costs
Defective/Wrong Item: Medicorama bears 100% of the return shipping cost. We will arrange a reverse pickup.
Voluntary Return: If you ordered the wrong model or changed your mind, the customer is responsible for shipping the unit back to our HQ securely.
