Standard operating procedures for the dispatch, transit, and delivery of medical hardware from Medicorama HQ.
Dispatch Timeline
Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. Our logistics team operates Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays.
Critical Orders: If your facility requires urgent deployment, please contact our Support Line immediately after placing your order to request priority handling.
Logistics Partners
We utilize a network of verified courier services (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC) to ensure equipment safety.
- Surface Transport: Standard for heavy medical equipment.
- Air Cargo: Available for lightweight sensors and urgent cables (subject to pincode serviceability).

Transit duration depends on the destination "Zone" relative to our New Delhi HQ:
Tracking & Telemetry
Once dispatched, you will receive a Waybill / Tracking ID via email and SMS. You can monitor the real-time status of your package through the carrier's tracking portal.
Note: It may take up to 12 hours for the tracking signal to become active after pickup.
Damage Protocols
We pack all medical equipment in industrial-grade protective layering. However, if a package arrives visibly damaged:
- Do NOT accept the shipment if the seal is broken.
- Record Evidence: Take clear photos/videos of the box before opening.
- Report: Notify us at info@medicorama.in within 24 hours of delivery.
